ALL PHOTOGRAPHY SCHEDULING

All portrait photography must be approved and scheduled in advance. Please click here to book.

All photographers, videographers, and their parties must follow all rules set by Piney Meadows Farm, including but not limited to the following:

  • NO SMOKING. Grass and wildfires are a real danger to our property as well as the surrounding properties. Smoking will result in a permanent ban, no exceptions.

  • There are livestock animals on this farm. Although friendly, do not try to feed, pet, or walk up to any animals. We are not responsible for any damages or harm caused by our livestock.

  • Our home is off-limits. We’re very sorry but there are no bathroom facilities available for use. The fenced area surrounding our home is considered our “yard”. While waiting for your session to begin, please stay in the pasture near the barn and do not congregate or play in the “yard”.

  • Do not climb trees. Do not climb any fencing or gates (while secure for our animals, we cannot guarantee strength to hold you).

  • Do not hang any objects. This includes props, lighting, clothing, or bags from trees, other plants, architectural features, or any other parts of property without permission.

  • Do not place anything in plant beds or soil. Nothing may be staked into the ground, including photography equipment, props, or signs without prior permission.

  • Do not enter or place anything in bodies of water without prior permission.

  • Do not litter. Photographers/Clients are to dispose of trash offsite.

  • Animals may not be brought onto the farm without prior permission. Let us know in advance even in the case of service animals. Livestock can be unfriendly with other smaller animals, letting us know in advance helps us to prepare you for your visit.

  • No glitter, confetti, rose petals (real or fake), or other items to be “tossed in the air” may be brought to our Farm. No smoke/powder bombs or any other props that produce flames or sparks. Disregarding this rule will result in a permanent ban.

  • Moving or removing plants (inside or out) or structures that are part of the Farm—such as benches, containers, displays, plant signs, fences, etc.—is strictly prohibited.

Photographers will be held accountable for their actions and those of clients, crew members and subjects if they damage Piney Meadows Farm LLC facilities and property.

Follow all instructions given by Piney Meadows Farm: Photographers must move if asked by any staff and may be asked to restrict activities to certain places or time.

Access: There will be a designated section of the farm for taking photos. Photographers and clients can and will be asked to leave the premises if going out of the boundaries occur.  Clients/models must arrive camera-ready as there are no dressing rooms.
